11.3.7 Snow Emergency Routes
Parking Prohibited Temporarily on Certain Streets for Snow Plowing and Snow Removal. Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, no vehicle shall be parked or permitted to be parked, or allowed to be parked on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (listed below).
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this section shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic and any peace officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal of and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
The effectiveness of this section is contingent on signs being erected as required by law.
